Naama’s pursuit in positive psychology started with her acting career and strongly developed when she became a mom. As an Israeli radio personality she was always interested in finding ways in which to achieve personal happiness and convey it through media. Naama is constantly working on advancing her education in positive psychology. She is looking to apply what she has learned to the family or individual environment, specifically working with couples.
Naama is passionate about educating individuals in the basic elements of positive psychology and employing various techniques to improve individuals and families lives. Naama regularly conducts private workshops geared to enhance the lives of our communities.
Naama works with individuals (in a private practice) and organizations on how to create positive healthy relationships. She strives to help improve the 5 forms of human relationships: Self, Spouse, Family, Friends and Colleagues.
She teaches management level individuals Active Listening Management as well as Mindfulness practices.
Naama writes a monthly column, Life Through the Realistic Lens of Positive Psychology, for a major health and wellness magazine. She is also regularly invited as a Positive Psychology expert to different morning shows on Israel national TV.
