Personal information

Bio
Recovery is more than sobriety. It’s the ability to flourish in your life, your work, and your community.

I help organizations build systems where that kind of recovery is possible.

As a clinical leader, systems strategist, and social impact consultant, I specialize in transforming addiction and mental health care. My approach blends evidence-based practice with lived experience, organizational psychology, and cultural wisdom. The result? Regenerative recovery ecosystems—designed to heal, built to last.

I currently serve as Clinical Director at EHN – Edgewood Rockies, where I’ve led a full-spectrum redesign of residential programming:
→ Modular, measurement-based care
→ Regenerative staffing models
→ Culturally responsive practice
→ Trauma-informed systems for both clients and staff
→ A model that works—ethically, operationally, financially

I work with governments, treatment centres, and purpose-driven organizations ready to move beyond bandaid solutions and build something enduring. My lens is both wide-angle and ground-level: strategic enough for national systems change, rooted enough to know every policy lands on a person.

AID FROM AFRICA -

Traditionally Africa has been seen as a continent that has very little to offer up to the rest of the world. They are the dumping ground for Trillions of dollars in Aid. There is, however, a deep knowledge and happiness that people who have been to Africa find amongst the people who live there. This knowledge resonates with the tenants and lessons of Positive Psychology.

What lessons can we learn from the people and cultures of Africa?
