Zhenya's educational journey began with four years at the sociology department at Omsk State University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from UIC College of Applied Health Sciences. It culminated in a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology at UPENN, enriching my approach with insights into the profound impact of a positive mindset on overall health and well-being.
