My passion is positive organizational change, and team and community building. I utilize proven methodologies to engage all stakeholders in creating and executing a positive vision for their lives, institutions, teams, and communities.
During my career as Director of Resident Engagement, as Community Building Consultant, Architect, and Board Chair for a non-profit, I have worked to build teams and a sense of community, camaraderie, mutual support, and collaboration to help create positive collective futures. I have provided life-improvement opportunities, fostered teamwork, and furthered effective communication in a variety of arenas.
