My Story

The Change I Want to See in the World
I want to live in a world where each and every human is respected, valued and lives with dignity. Where the planet is respected and valued. Where we treat one another with grace. Where each person has the opportunity and resources to flourish and thrive.
Books That Greatly Influenced My Life
The Power of One, The Color Purple, Caste, Just Mercy, Wild, Sapiens, The Laws of Medicine, The Sixth Extinction, Being Mortal, Silent Spring
Fun Facts About Me
I'm a pioneer of the Great Resignation, I retired 5-10 years before I had planned to, and am now living my dream, spending as much time as possible outdoors in nature, skiing and hiking in Park City, Utah and scuba diving all over the world.

Personal information

Bio
Over the course of my career, I served as a corporate attorney for a multinational computer company, led a nonprofit organization focused on adult education, conducted scientific research into pathways of cell death, and chaired the science department at an independent middle and high school. I’m retired and work seasonally at a ski resort.
