I’m a strategic advisor to C-suite leaders, focused on driving measurable business performance by transforming how organizations invest in people. I leverage behavioral science and organizational analytics to help Fortune 2000 companies solve workforce challenges that directly impact growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
At BetterUp, I work closely with CHROs and other executive leaders to connect leadership development and employee experience to key business outcomes—like increased retention, faster talent readiness, and improved organizational agility. My goal is to provide insights that inform high-stakes decisions, shape culture, mitigate risk, and generate enterprise-wide ROI.
My core areas of expertise include executive consulting, organizational transformation, workforce analytics, leadership strategy, behavior change, and business-aligned talent development.
Over the course of my career, I’ve led data-informed initiatives that secured multi-million-dollar investments, scaled mission-driven programs globally, and advised senior leaders with organizations focused on solving some of societies most challenging problems.
In addition to my MAPP degree, I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from CSU Global.
I’m a BetterUp Certified Coach, a published co-author in the Journal of Positive Psychology, and a former NCAA Division I athlete.
