Bio
My hallmark is bringing out the best in others. Since childhood, I’ve been driven by a simple question: How can my work serve the greater good? That call to service first took me to the U.S. Navy and then, nearly twenty years ago, to civil service with the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency. Today, as an IT Program Manager for the Office of Chemical Security, I translate mission needs into technology that safeguards communities while elevating the people who run them.
I lead multifunctional teams, coach emerging leaders, and resolve conflicts before they ripple outward. Highlights include mentoring dozens of professionals who have since stepped into senior roles and steering the program to reduce regulatory burden by $2.67 million. Colleagues count on me to blend big-picture strategy with ground-level empathy—qualities honed on navy deckplates, crisis hotline shifts, and church service projects alike.
Looking ahead, my goal is to continue designing leadership-development and wellbeing programs that turn workplaces into engines of human thriving. Whether advising executives on culture change, facilitating workshops, or coaching, I’m energized by seeing people unlock their potential and, in turn, create safer, more resilient organizations.
If you’re building a mission-critical program and want to amplify both performance and people, let’s connect. I’m always up for a conversation about leadership, security tech, or the next great book on my reading list.
