Bio
I’m a PhD-trained organizational psychologist, evaluator, and applied researcher with over eight years of experience advancing wellbeing and impact across systems. I lead evaluation, measurement, and research initiatives that help organizations understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to drive sustainable change.
My work spans organizations, education, social impact, public health/communities, and education — partnering with clients to design and evaluate scalable programs and translate complex data into actionable insights.
I currently lead projects through Gaffaney Applied Research & Evaluation Consulting and serve as a Research & Evaluation Fellow at Claremont Graduate University. I also co-founded Well-Crafted Collaborative, where I help create tools and strategies for workplace wellbeing.

I’m always open to connecting around wellbeing, positive psychology, applied research, impact evaluation, and collaborations that bridge data, strategy, and real-world change.
