Leora Viega Rifkin, Chief of Possibility, is both an intrapreneur, an entrepreneur, and a connector.
Leora is a dedicated, accomplished, enthusiastic Program Manager highly regarded for eight years of demonstrated expertise in relationship building, learning and development, project management, change management, and process improvement for leading organizations including the City of Boston, Boston’s Racial & Economic Activated Dialogue, and Boston Children’s Museum.
Leora is known for delivering innovative solutions on time and staying within budget while exceeding stringent expectations. She leverages skills in communication, planning, and collaboration to optimize all project phases through a people-focused approach.
Leora is currently pursuing an ICF accreditation to become a coach. She is an out-of-the-box thinker with strong leadership skills and experience working in team environments, committed to working seamlessly with individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve long-term success.
Leora has extensive experience developing mutually beneficial community partnerships in Boston. Leora served as the Community Programs Educator and BNY Mellon Youth Leaders Program Manager at Boston Children’s Museum and the Director of the Transformative Culture Project's Accelerate Boston cohort and alumni network.
Leora believes in play, possibility, vulnerability, connectivity, gratitude, compassion, creativity and people.
