Bio
After 14 years as a musical theatre performer and arts educator, Laura now serves as the Project Manager of Education in the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania and as a Well-Being Specialist for the College of Liberal and Professional Studies.

Laura is also co-creator of the Penn Program for Flourishing with fellow alum Faisal Khan, and founder of Acting Strengths, a workshop series designed to help artists cultivate resilience and thrive in a rewarding and difficult business.

Laura's passion for well-being drives her to help others thrive. She enjoys living in Philadelphia and am particularly interested in the arts and humanities, organizational development, and higher education.
